Quick actions

  • Remove and reattach the chamber

Step-by-step

Step 1: Reseat the chamber

Remove the chamber, then reattach it firmly.

Step 2: Swab the chamber and base connection

Clean the bottom of the Chamber, and base connection point with a cotton swab soaked in 91%+ isopropyl alcohol. Once you've cleaned both, reattach, and attempt to run a heat cycle again.

Step 3: Clean the chamber and base

Submerge the chamber in 90%+ isopropyl alcohol for ~30 minutes, then remove and let it air-dry completely. Swab the chamber connection area on the base, ensuring there's no oils left in the chamber as this could cause connection issues.
