When starting, or during, a heat cycle the device begins flashing red/white/red/white and won’t heat up or stops heating unexpectedly.

3 white flashes when trying to initiate a heat cycle

Attempting to run a heat cycle results in the device flashing white 3 times.

Solid red light and will not heat up

A solid red light that prevents a heat cycle usually means the device is overheated.

3DXL chamber flashes red/white out of the box

Red/white flashing when using the Link

When using the Link, the base gives the red/white connection error. The base may still work with the chamber directly attached, but not when using the Link.

Firmware update failed or device unresponsive after interrupted update

If a firmware update fails or is interrupted the device will remain unresponsive until the firmware is successfully updated.

Not charging or won’t power on

When plugged in the device doesn't light up, and will not turn on when pressing and holding the button.

Device not fully lighting up

Stealth Mode turns off the device lights for discretion. Rapidly click 4 times to toggle it on/off.

Step-by-step

Step 1: Try a different charger

Swap to a different USB‑C cable and charging brick to confirm it isn’t the cord or charger.

Step 2: Plug in overnight

If the device still won't power on leave it plugged in for an extended period of time/overnight as the battery may just be fully drained.
